Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹2000

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders above ₹1000/- across India. Please note that deliveries are not available in restricted or inaccessible areas.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Shipping charges (if any) will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address—no registration or payment required before seeing the charges.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders placed between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 7 working days after payment confirmation.

You can typically expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of order placement. Please note that delays may occur due to:

  • Security or payment verifications
  • Unforeseen logistics restrictions
  • Public holidays or weather conditions

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier partner information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number and order ID.

In case no one is available at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number during checkout so our courier partners can contact you if needed.
