If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to provide exchanges or returns under
the following conditions:
- All items must be in original packaging with product tags intact.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must have been purchased from www.panchatsaran.in.
- Items on sale, discount, or purchased with vouchers are non-returnable and
non-exchangeable.
1. Validity for Exchanges & Returns
All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at
info@panchatsaran.in to initiate the process.
2. Exchanges & Returns Process
- 2.1 Include the original invoice along with the item(s) in original condition.
- 2.2 Obtain prior approval from our team before shipping. Contact: info@panchatsaran.in
- 2.3 Send the parcel via a traceable method after approval.
- 2.4 Refunds/credits will be processed within 5 working days upon receiving the returned
parcel.
- 2.5 Refunds will be made in the form of a similar item, store credit, or other method at
our discretion.
- 2.6 Store credit vouchers are valid for 30 days and must be used in a single
transaction. They are non-refundable, non-extendable, and not exchangeable for cash.
- 2.7 Delivery charges from original, return, or onward shipping will not be refunded.
- 2.8 In case of defective or wrong items received, we will bear the return shipping cost.

3. Other Terms & Conditions
- 3.1 Each item is eligible for return/exchange only once.
- 3.2 Repeat returns/exchanges for the same item may be disqualified from free returns.
- 3.3 Our policy does not cover damage from wear and tear or user-inflicted issues.
- 3.4 We make no warranty express or implied for merchantability, product quality, or
fitness for a particular purpose.
- 3.5 All returns and exchanges are governed by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
of India.
- 3.6 All decisions by PanchatSaran Medicare Pvt. Ltd. are final and binding.
