Return Policy

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@panchatsaran.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds
  • Once we approve and process your refund, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@panchatsaran.in.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item sent).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by us.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
